We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Paint Marketer
Location: Lekki / Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell paint products to distributors, retailers, contractors, painters, and construction firms
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where necessary
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and market updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage).
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in paint, building materials, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the Lagos and/or Abuja markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Salary
N500,000 Monthly.
