Job Title: Site Manager (Experienced Engineer for Road and Bridge Construction) – Expatriate Only
Locations: Gaseu, Kaduna and Zamfara

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in road construction and bridge construction projects to join our project team in Northern Nigeria.
- The successful candidate will be site-based and responsible for supervising, coordinating, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in line with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage road and bridge construction activities on-site
- Ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and material usage
- Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to the head office in Lagos
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian construction regulations and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in road construction and bridge construction projects
- Strong site management and supervision experience
- Ability to work in Northern Nigeria project locations
- Must be available for immediate resumption
- Candidates outside Nigeria must already have a valid visa to enter Nigeria
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
