    Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive
    Location: Lagos,
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Salary: N300,000 – N500,000 monthly + Commission and quarterly performance bonus.

    Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Job Summary

    • The Commercial Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics while managing key client accounts. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and client relationship skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored logistics solutions.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.
    • Manage key accounts and collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery.
    • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
    • 3–5 years sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
    • Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

    Compensation

    • N300,000 – N500,000 monthly
    • Commission and quarterly performance bonus.
