Job Summary
- The Commercial Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing and closing new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics while managing key client accounts. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contract terms.
- Manage key accounts and collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation
- N300,000 – N500,000 monthly
- Commission and quarterly performance bonus.
