Job Title:Commercial & Logistics Executive

Job Summary
- As the Commercial & Logistics Staff, you will manage the end-to-end commercial and logistics lifecycle, from initial RFQs and client quotations to international shipping coordination, regulatory compliance, and final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the RFQ process, including issuing requests to vendors and responding to client inquiries.
- Prepare and dispatch professional quotations, commercial offers, and invoices.
- Perform accurate job costing to ensure commercial viability of projects.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients and vendors to drive project execution.
- Coordinate end-to-end international logistics from point of origin to final delivery location.
- Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Packing Lists, Invoices, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand, communications, or public relations roles, with exposure to corporate or B2B sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
- Experience coordinating international shipping and documentation processes.
