Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join the team.
- The successful candidate will support HR operations and ensure effective implementation of human resource policies and practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes (shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and staff movement records.
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with company policy.
- Provide HR support to employees and handle basic employee relations matters.
- Support payroll preparation with accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Coordinate induction and training programs for new employees.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support exit management and staff clearance processes.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive in a similar role in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Candidates who reside within the Mowe–Ibafo axis will be given preference.
Salary
N300,000 – 400,000 per month.
