Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Job Description
- To carry out maintenance routine checks, supervision, and monitoring of the production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation and ensure uninterrupted factory production.
Responsibilities
- Operate the production machinery according to standard operating procedure, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
- Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure machinery operates optimally and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on the equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections to ensure accurate machine performance tracking, facilitate troubleshooting, and support informed decision-making for maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
- Document and maintain accurate records of production activities (material consumption and wastage), machine performance, and issues encountered during operations to report these to the supervisors.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND in Engineering with 1-3 years experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
