Job Title: Property & Facility Maintenance Officer

Description
- We are currently seeking a proactive, technically sound, and highly organized Property & Facility Maintenance Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Conduct regular site inspections and audits across the assigned property pool.
- Maintenance Execution: Coordinate all repairs, including electrical, plumbing and general maintenance repairs ensuring timely completion.
- Vendor Supervision: Manage third-party contractors and artisans, ensuring “value for money” and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Preventative Strategy: Develop and implement rigorous preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and emergency repairs.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries, resolving issues with diplomacy and speed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inventory, and expenditure.
Requirements
- Education: HND / Degree in Estate Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility management within Lagos.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Facility Management software.
- Attributes: High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
