    Job Title: Property & Facility Maintenance Officer 
    Location: Lagos

    – Salary Range: Gross of between NGN4,500,000 – NGN5,040,00 per annum depending on experience.

    We are recruiting to fill the position below:

    Job Title: Property & Facility Maintenance Officer 

    Location: Lagos
    Employment Type: Contract

    Description

    • We are currently seeking a proactive, technically sound, and highly organized Property & Facility Maintenance Officer to join our growing team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Portfolio Oversight: Conduct regular site inspections and audits across the assigned property pool.
    • Maintenance Execution: Coordinate all repairs, including electrical, plumbing and general maintenance repairs ensuring timely completion.
    • Vendor Supervision: Manage third-party contractors and artisans, ensuring “value for money” and high-quality craftsmanship.
    • Preventative Strategy: Develop and implement rigorous preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and emergency repairs.
    • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries, resolving issues with diplomacy and speed.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, inventory, and expenditure.

    Requirements

    • Education: HND / Degree in Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility management within Lagos.
    • Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Facility Management software.
    • Attributes: High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
