    1.) Job Title: Neighbourhood Channel Sales Manager

    Department Strategic Objectives

    • Drive the delivery of customer and field sales business objectives towards the achievement of overall business objectives and growth agenda.

    Job Purpose

    • Implement the sales strategy to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned Neighbourhood.

    Context / Scope

    • A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan; demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving & brand building activity.

    Key Accountabilities
    Measurement / Performance Indicator:

    • Manage VSR and achievement of their secondary sales
    • Expand Coverage in the Neighbourhood outlets
    • Provide availability of MSL in the Neighbourhood outlets
    • Coaching and accompaniment of VSR
    • Effective promo management in the Neighbourhood outlets
    • Ensure SFA parameters are tracked and achieved
    • Drive excellent brand visibility through picture of success and implementation
    • Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.

    Internal & External Relationships:

    • Coverage
    • Achieve secondary sales target
    • Weighted distribution target
    • Agreed VSR coaching & Accompaniment.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in any discipline
    • Computer Literacy.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

    • Zonal Manager
    • Marketing/Sales/Channel/Supply Chain/Finance/HR team
    • Customers
    • PZ Marketing & Sales network.

    Experiences:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
    • Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
    • Must be able to influence, inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff.

    Knowledge:

    • Good knowledge of business objectives and priorities.
    • Experienced driver with valid license
    • Knowledge of Field Sales Management and Market Intelligence.

    2.) Job Title: Sales Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell in, sell out, Focus Category, NPD listing and promotions)
    •  Achieve sales drivers’ objectives for the territory viz (Distribution, Visibility, Price and Promotion)
    • Managing territories with potential to deliver a minimum of 1B per annum
    • Plan to deliver customer based and territory based agreed sales (NIV and Category) targets periodically and ensuring a MoM and YoY growth
    • Analyse and review distributors’ performance against agreed KPIs
    • Work with the ZM to develop JBP of customers in assigned territory
    • Ensure bi-weekly stock taking in order to protect company resources
    • Tracking of distributor performance payments (including posting and matching), monthly account reconciliation/signing off, repayment plans linked to capability development
    • Ensure collection of outstanding debt within stipulated time frame and accompanying same with sell-in of depleted SKUs
    • Adherence to monthly journey plan for customers’ contact and engagement
    • Ensure compliance with retail operating standards in all showrooms
    • Organize and coordinate activities of floor sales merchandizers
    • Implement strict credit control for Key distributors and ensure purchases are made within approved credit limit
    • Accountable for POS materials and other sales driving materials deployed to territory through monitoring to ensure safe keeping and optimal use.
    • Actively lead or participate in Quality Management System implementation and sustenance in all assigned duties.
    • Ensure no waste of resources or pollution of the environment while fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

    • Must have 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
    • Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
    • Experience in an electrical related company is an added advantage.

    Knowledge:

    • Good knowledge of business objectives and priorities.

    3.) Job Title: Site Controller

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure full financial control at Aba site and provide full financial business partnership and value adding analysis to Aba Factory Team
    • Responsible for co-ordination of Aba factory Budget and PFs Processes and monthly forecasting of the full year factory cost and recoveries.
    • Responsible for financial control over all stock – Stores and WIP
    • Provide finance business partner support for value adding analysis and process improvement within the factory
    • Overseeing approval and cross reference checks for preservation and operation of account dispensation for all payable dealings within the Factory.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in relevant discipline.

    4.) Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct the PPM/LLF jobs assigned to him as per the schedule and record then in the respective registers.
    • Carry out the breakdown maintenance which comes up during the production activities on time.
    • Carry out the scheduled calibrations and inspection checks across the plant during the duty time, to maintain a safe working place.
    • Record and communicate all the activities carried out in his duty time in the log registers and to the reliever.
    • Carry out monthly CBM/Thermography activities
    • Generate ideas and participate in the factory CI programs
    • Track and report critical spares availability in the Engineering store
    • Record work order/work permit for all the jobs carried out in factory and adhere to safety requirements.

    • The time taken to do the job and ensure it is not getting repeated.
    • Ensure no measurement system is overdue at any point of time, to have reliability.
    • Recording of all the activities in the shift and communicating the pending work/important observations.

    Required qualification

    • HND. / BSC. Electrical & other related Engineering courses.

     6.) Job Title: Supply Operations Manager

    Job Requisition ID: JR002306
    Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
    Job Type: Full time

    Accountabilities

    • Responsibility for the supply chain, planning, movement, management and distribution of orders while meeting the service demands of the internal and external customers.
    • Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, Purchasing, Freight & Logistics
    •  Run and prepare monthly supply chain KPIs
    • Work with internal and external stake holders across functional and external vendors , service providers
    • Handle day to day operational relating to Trade Finance in Procurement Hub
    • In charge of Letter of Credit issuance, negotiation, as per USB/ISBP provision
    • Prepare Letters of Credit & Bills of Collection, ensuring that transactions comply with ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits UCP600 and that Terms and Conditions are in accordance with both company standard instructions and also with the specific requirements of the country of import. Shipping terms in accordance with current version of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2010, or the latest update)
    • Manage Letters of Credit, from draft presentation through to payment, issuing bank courier information, establishing draft maturity payment dates and forecasting foreign exchange purchases.
    • Liaise with suppliers on vendor financing and work with  respective Bank and FSS (Shared service) in the payments release
    • Manage Service providers and work with Strategic Freight team, local custom, and OUs’ inbound teams to ensure accurate shipping docs and freight rate are compliance
    • Act as a hub to get order from PZ operating unit (OU) and publish order to supplier. Make arrangement on order delivery processing with supplier and shipping line to ensure delivery is On Time In Full and in Quality as per PZ OU requirement.

    Continuous improvement:

    • Support & maintain continuous and collaborative improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.

    Knowledge/Qualifications

    • Minimum of 4 years of Experience in supply chain or supply planning and experience in managing export shipping document
    • Knowledge of logistics, Shipping Document, Incoterm, Letter of Credit, Bank document

    Technical/Professional Experience:

    • Strong problem solving skills
    • The ability to work as part of a multicultural, global team
    • Experience of working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
    • Fluency in English
