    Job Title: Telemarketer (Closer)
    Location: Surulere, Lagos
    Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
    Base Salary: N300,000 monthly.
    Performance Bonus: ₦500,000 to ₦1,000,000 per closed deal (depending on deal value).

    They are recruiting to fill the position below:

    Job Title: Telemarketer (Closer)

    Location: Surulere, Lagos

    Position Overview

    • We are expanding our sales operations and seekinghighly motivated, result-oriented Telemarketers (Closers)to join our growing team.
    • This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, persuasive, and eager to build a rewarding career in international real estate marketing.
    • The Telemarketer (Closer) will be responsible for conductinghigh-volume outbound callsto prospective property owners, investors, and buyers within the U.S. real estate market.
    • Using pre-approved scripts and CRM systems, you will engage leads, qualify prospects, and assist in closing potential deals in collaboration with the U.S.-based team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make 80–100 outbound calls dailyto potential property sellers, buyers, or investors.
    • Engage and qualify leads using a structured sales script and CRM tool.
    • Clearly communicate the benefits of real estate offers, addressing client inquiries professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions within the CRM system.
    • Collaborate closely with the U.S. operations team to follow up on qualified leads.
    • Convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities through consistent engagement and follow-up.
    • Participate actively in training sessions to continuously improve performance and understanding of the U.S. real estate market.
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
    • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and persistence in all interactions.

    Performance Expectation

    • Each closer is expected to close at least one deal within the first four (4) weeks after training.
    • Consistent underperformance may result in replacement through Ace Recruiters’ refill system.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degreein any discipline.
    • Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or real estate calling is highly desirable.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and an excellent command of English with excellent diction.
    • Proven ability to meet high call volume targets and close deals.
    • Tech-savvy, with the ability to use CRMs, dialers, and VoIP systems effectively.
    • Goal-driven, resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
    • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining strong productivity.

    What We Offer

    • Base Salary: N300,000 monthly.
